Diet Day 1

So I have decided that it is time for me to buckle down and really lose these 15 pounds that I have been wanting to lose for awhile. So day starts my day 1. I will be eating healthier and working out more. Today is September 7, 2011, and I hope to be 15 pounds lighter by the end of October.


Starting weight: 151 lb.


Goal weight: 135 lb.


Pounds to loose: 16 lb.

Here's my secret to losing weight:

1. Calculate your BMI (http://walking.about.com/cs/calories/l/blcalcalc.htm)

2. Calculate the BMI for your IDEAL body weight.

3. Calculate what you eat & how many calories it is every day & jot it down -- Got that tip from Tyra, that was her secret to losing all of that weight. (http://calorieking.com)

4. At the end of the day add up your calorie intake.

You should eat the number of calories needed for your ideal body weight, jot down & calculate your calorie intake each night, and be sure to "snack" and still do some exercises at least 3x a week to "tone" up. Every 30 minutes of exercise will allow you to eat about 200 more calories than recommended. =]

I showed my manager this process & she lost 15 pounds in 2 months and was fit, tone, & healthy for her High School Reunion =].
