Diet Day 2 &3

Day 2- Saturday 9/10

Workout
  I ran 2.2 miles outdoors (I hate treadmills), then completed a 30 min. workout dvd.

Diet
 To be honest my diet plans didn't go to well this day, went to UTSA's football game(my school), and had a some french fries =[, but finished the rest of my day eating healthy.

Day 3-  Sunday- 9/11
Workout
I only did my 30 min. workout Dvd. & 100 situps

Diet
I ate completely healthy today,and cooked myself a yummy sunday dinner. [=


This is the workout DVD I am doing everyday for the first month of my weight lost journey  



Current weight: 150
Goal weight: 135-140ish
Weight lost- 1 pound so far!!
